Delete your Packnaut account
You can delete your Packnaut account and the data linked to it at any time, from the app or by email. Deletion is permanent and can't be undone.
How to delete
In the app (immediate)
- Open Packnaut and go to Settings.
- Scroll to Privacy and tap Delete account.
- Read what will be deleted, then tap Delete account to confirm.
If you never signed in, the row is called Erase my data and deletes this phone's data and its anonymous account.
Without the app
Email packnaut@gmail.com with the subject Delete my Packnaut account, from the Google email address you signed in with, so we can confirm the account is yours. We'll delete it and reply to confirm within 30 days, usually much sooner. We will never ask for your password.
Your lists are also stored on your phone. To remove that copy, uninstall Packnaut or clear its storage in your phone's settings.
Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription or refund a purchase. Cancel in the Google Play Store under Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Pro stays on the phone that bought it.
What gets deleted
- Your Packnaut account and its link to your Google sign-in, including your email address and name
- Every trip, packing list, item, category and weather suggestion
- Saved templates
- Your name, how you pack, and your always-forget items
- What Packnaut learned from your past trips
- Device records, including your notification token
What we keep, and for how long
- Purchase records, as long as needed for billing and refunds.
- A record that a phone bought Pro, tied to a random installation ID and never to your name, email or account, so Pro keeps working on the phone that paid for it.
- Rate-limit counts by IP address, not linked to your account.
- Backups: deleted data can remain in encrypted database backups for up to 30 days, until they are overwritten. Backups aren't used for anything else.
- Emails you've sent us, for up to 2 years.
More detail is in our privacy policy.
